Booking Policy:
An appointment is required for all services and must be booked online or scheduled with Krisstan (walk-ins are not available at this time).
*A credit card is required to book and reserve your appointment - this will not prepay your service.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY:
A 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling notice is required. We realize emergencies happen and will be considered, but reserve the right to charge 75% of the service for late cancellations or missed appointments without a 24-hour notice (this policy also applies to all virtual appointments).
If you are more than 15 minutes late we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fit your appointment into the schedule and you may not be seen. If we cannot fit you in, we reserve the right to charge 75% of the service to the card on file with or without notice.
We ask that you please keep these policies in mind when booking. We want to provide the best service to everyone but also reserve the right to be compensated for our time and education.
If you are sick or may have been exposed to COVID-19, please contact me immediately so that we can reschedule your appointment. In the event that you are unable to provide us with a 24-hour notice prior to your appointment, the cancellation policy still remains intact.
PRIVACY POLICY:
All information/photos collected via the forms, scheduling, and consultation are kept private and only used as documentation of your skin progress/health. All credit card information will also be kept private and only used for booking/payment purposes and product purchases.
REFUND POLICY:
Refunds for services must be approved by Asteri Luxe Aesthetics. Due to the variable nature of skincare products, all sales are final unless approved by Asteri Luxe Aesthetics (please see return/exchange policy below).
If you purchased any of our memberships, there is a 3 month commitment. If you decide to cancel before the 3 month minimum, a fee of the remaining months will be charged to the card on file. If a membership facial is booked and canceled/rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, there will be no refunds and it will not be rolled over to the next month. All sales are final for packages.
RETURN/exchange POLICY:
Skincare Products: Asteri Luxe Aesthetics is not responsible for any damaged, faulty, or spilled goods for any drop shipped/third party products (please reach out to the skincare brand’s customer service line regarding this matter). All product sales/purchases are final. Most of our products use natural botanical ingredients that at the time of purchase or opening, will expire. We believe that every client/individual should use fresh, new, and unused products.
Shirts/Merchandise: We accept returns for any misprinted, damaged, or defective items within 14 days after the product has been received. Please email us at (asteriluxeaesthetics@gmail.com) to get the return process started. We may ask you to take pictures of the product so that we can relay it to the manufacturer to fix. We will then send you either a refund or a reprinted product.
We accept size exchanges however to avoid any fit issues, please make sure to reference our product descriptions as well as our detailed sizing guide associated with each product.
